Anjali came to me holding her lab reports. "Everything is normal," she said. "So why do I feel off all the time?" Here is what the reports do not measure. Rhythm. Your body is a clock before it is anything else. Health is not a single number. It is regularity. Hunger that arrives at the same hour. A morning bathroom visit you could set a watch by. Energy that does not collapse at three in the afternoon. When those drift, the blood test may still read fine. But the body has started to whisper. Irregular hunger, irregular elimination, swinging energy. These are not small things. They are the earliest signals, long before anything has a name. Ayurveda calls the correction dinacharya. Living by the rhythm of the day. Eat, sleep and wake at steady times, and agni learns to keep time with you. Charaka gives an entire chapter to the natural urges you must never suppress, which tells you how seriously the tradition took this. Pick one anchor. The same wake-up time, every day, for a week. Watch hunger and energy fall back into line behind it. If things stay off after that, get properly assessed by someone who can examine you. A normal report is a starting point, not an answer.
